Information we collect
We collect the account details you provide, such as your email address, saved offers, and application-status notes. We also process basic security, device, and usage information needed to operate and improve the service.
Payments and email
Stripe processes payment details and returns identifiers and billing status to us; Startup Perk List does not store full card numbers. Transactional email providers process messages such as verification, password reset, and billing notices.
How information is used
We use information to provide accounts and paid access, secure the service, respond to support, maintain records, and understand which product features are useful. We do not sell personal information.
Analytics
We use a self-hosted, privacy-focused analytics service to understand aggregate traffic and improve the catalog. It does not create an advertising profile. The service is loaded without a cookie-consent popup; account, payment, and support data are handled separately as described in this policy.
Retention and choices
We keep information only as long as reasonably needed for the service, legal obligations, disputes, and security. To request access, correction, or deletion, email [email protected]. Applicable law may require us to retain limited billing or security records.
